Week 9 European Comics Tradition

I watched The Black Incal by Jodorowsky and Moebius this week. From my first glance I think the overall quality of the comic is pretty good, such as the line work, the color scheme, and coloring quality. It's really interesting to look at the whole background setting and environment of the scifi theme and the different species in the story, including human, robot police, Bergs, and also the human-looking specie with a white plate on top of head, etc... Another interesting part is the robot police reminds me Star Wars, and The Black Incal original published in 1983 and the first Star Wars published in 1977. I think when Star Wars came out in 1977, it must influence a lot of artist when they are creating a sci fi theme.
