Week 13 Changing Landscape of Licensed Characters

This week I read Alan Moore's Watchmen. I personally think  Watchmen is the best superhero comic that I have ever read. I always think DC comic provides a more realistic situation and more complicated and sophisticated personality or characteristic on the characters than Marvel's comics. And for all the DC comics, the best is definitely Alan Moore's  Watchmen. From 1940 the first Batman comic that I wrote about to Alan Moore's  Watchmen  published in 1986, there's obviously a huge improvement. In terms of art, the composition, the use of color and value, and even some detail such as line work are all fantastic in most of the scenes in  Watchmen. For the story, I really love how each superhero has their own stands and perspective. Especially for Rorschach, his value as a superhero that keeps changing between the grey area that is actually my favorite character, cause he is so realistic that he just like the normal people.
